  • I’ve attended the course twice as a delegate with a few spacer years in between. Both times have been invaluable to me, both as a beginner to VAT and subsequently as a more experienced officer to keep my skills and knowledge refreshed in line with current VAT guidance and legislation.

  • The course was extremely useful as it was solely focused on areas that were relevant to Public Sector/Local Authority tax and as such there was very little wastage that could be the case with a more generalised Tax overview.

  • Personally, I found that one of the best aspects of the time spent with the team from PSTAX was the way they interacted outside of the classroom. Delegates were made to feel very welcome and we ate, drank and had evening activities with the team. This increased trust and interaction and grew long time business associations which obviously benefit both parties.

  • The content and amount of training given was comprehensive, very little time over the whole course was wasted and although I found the learning intensive it was clearly explained, and no one was left behind. All tutors used an interactive approach with delegates and an openness within the training rapidly developed meaning questions were encouraged and answered.

  • I would highly recommend the course as it is very focused and relevant. Even those with tax experience will learn a lot and it has provided a sound base for me in this specialised area.
