Ruby Pummell is a Marketing Executive supporting PSTAX across campaigns, events and day-to-day content delivery. She works closely with Marketing Manager, Georgia Henry.

Ruby is currently supporting a wide range of services, including the Local Council Tax Club and our triannual Tax Forum programme, PSTAX Club Protect, and our Local Government Reorganisation support packages (including LGR Pathfinder and the Create, Construct and Optimise phases). She also helps coordinate marketing our training calendar, including VAT and employment taxes programmes.

Ruby joined us after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management at the University of East Anglia. Alongside her degree, she held committee roles with UEA Tennis Club as Publicity Officer and Social Secretary, where she helped increase memberships by over 50% year on year, planned large-scale events, and created social content to keep members engaged. She has also represented the club on BBC Radio Norfolk and BBC London, speaking about their sustainable and charitable initiatives.

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys exploring new destinations, playing padel and tennis, and attending live music events and festivals.
