Based in Glasgow, Ashley leads the Scottish Tax Readiness Forum, bringing together public bodies to share insights and stay ahead of VAT and compliance challenges. With 19 years’ experience in VAT, she previously served as a regional lead for HMRC VAT officers and managers, ensuring consistency across the organisation and compliance with legislation and internal procedures.

Ashley has worked with some of the UK’s best-known large and mid-sized businesses, providing tactical advice and overseeing complex cases, including the successful defence of a multimillion-pound decision at First and Upper Tier Tribunals.

At PSTAX, Ashley is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and practical advice, whether through the helpline, bespoke consultancy, or interactive training events and seminars.
