Christine Robinson joins PSTAX Employment Tax Team

Christine Robinson Employment Tax PSTAX is delighted to introduce Christine Robinson, the newest member of the employment taxes team.

Based in Sheffield, Christine has over 26 years’ experience advising employers in the private and public sectors on technical areas of Employment Tax, specialising in employment status and IR35; benefits in kind and salary sacrifice schemes, and termination payments.

What sets Christine apart is her extensive experience of the Construction Industry Scheme. She has navigated compliance checks, successfully appealed the withdrawal of gross payment status and has a deep understanding of the scheme’s nuances.

Christine has successfully managed numerous Employment Tax and National Minimum Wage compliance checks and other tax investigations, including voluntary disclosures to HMRC, drawing on her earlier experience as an Inspector of Taxes.

More recently, Christine has worked in a medium-sized payroll bureau, gaining experience in processing payrolls and correcting returns outside of the disclosure regime. She has regularly participated in HMRC Consultations and has a particular interest in employment status and payrolling benefits in kind.
